Getting Started

Welcome to the ANN Online CNE Library

We're excited to have you here! This guide will help you navigate the library, find educational activities, redeem your complimentary member benefits, and make the most of your learning experience.

1. How to Log In

  1. Go to www.academyonline.org
  2. Click the Log In button on the top of the page
  3. Enter your email address and password
  4. Click Sign In
  5. Once signed in, select "Online CNE Library" from the Education drop down menu
  6. If you are visiting the library for the first time- or the first time in a while- hit the "log in" button at the top of the page to connect your account.

If you are new, select Create Account and follow the prompts to set up your profile.

2. Navigating the Platform

Once you log in, you will land on the homepage. Click on My Learning to: 

  • See your purchased or registered items
  • Track your progress
  • Access completed and in-progress education

Use the left navigation menu to move between:

  • Home
  • Profile
  • My Learning
  • Catalog
  • FAQ's
  • Cart

3. Finding Educational Activities

To browse available learning:

  1. Click Browse Activities 
  2. Use filters to narrow your search by topic or category
  3. Select an activity to view details, including:
    • Description
    • Learning objectives
    • Credit information (if applicable)
    • Completion requirements
  4. Click Register to begin

4. Redeeming Your Complimentary Activities

ANN members receive complimentary access to select educational activities each year.

To redeem an activity using your code:

  1. Click Claim Your Free CE
  2. Select the activity you want to access
  3. Click Register
  4. Choose whether you want to check out now, or complete your registration later- if you choose to complete your registration later, you will find your educational activities in your Cart. 
  5. At checkout, look for the field labeled Coupon Code / Promo Code
  6. Enter your code 
  7. Click Apply Discount
  8. Your discount will update to $0, and you can complete enrollment
  9. Once your order processes, you can choose to click View Product from the registration page, or you can find your activity under My Learning

5. Accessing Your Activities

After enrolling:

  • Go to My Learning
  • Click on the activity title to resume or start an activity
  • Completed activities will automatically move to your Completed section

You can return at any time to review content or finish remaining modules.

6. Need Help?

If you have trouble accessing the platform or redeeming your activities:

  • Check that your coupon code is entered exactly as provided
  • Refresh the page and try again

  • Use a desktop or tablet for the best experience
  • Bookmark the site for easy access
  • Always check My Learning to track what you’ve completed
  • Coupon codes are case-sensitive in some browsers—enter carefully
